Responsible For

You will work to oversee all our social media accounts and ensure a consistently high standard of content is maintained across all our posts with responsibilities for coordinating posting schedules, requesting content from in-house graphics and influencer management teams, assisting marketing teams in executing launches and approving copy.


This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Social Media Coordinator to join our ever-growing Social Media team situated in our Glasgow City Centre office.  

We may consider strong applications for your base to be any of our other offices. 


Our preference is hybrid (3 days in office 2 days from home) however we will also accept full-time office-based.  Unfortunately, this role is not open to remote working.


We are seeking an experienced individual with 3-4 years of social media experience in an eCommerce brand in the fashion sector.  You should have spent time at assistant and executive level and be ready to make the step up to co-ordinator, in effect leading a social media team of 4 people.  Reporting to a Head of Creative you will be responsible for all the content that makes its way onto our Oh Polly, Bo+Tee and Neena Swim social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter. 

  • You will have high standards and a good attention to detail, being able to spot content which is likely to be well received by our customer base and filtering out content that you do not expect to perform as well.
  • You should have excellent knowledge of English and good spelling and grammar as you will be required to proofread captions and marketing copy prior to it going live. 
  • You should have a keen creative eye for fashion and be able to plan a coherent social media posting schedule to maintain good visual aesthetics and any proposed collection themes using a combination of both live posting and scheduling platforms. 
  • You will be competent in helping to organise and assist the marketing team in support of collection launches and working collaboratively with the influencer marketing team to source content. 
  • You will be able to understand basic data points / KPIs such as likes, engagement, reach and be able to critically evaluate your own teams performance against objectives and then make sensible improvements and suggestions as you go. 
  • As the social media co-ordinator you will be the most senior person in the team below the head of department.

NB.  We may also consider speculative applications for a managerial position however please note that this role will require a hands-on approach and we are not seeking a people manager or strategist.
